Venture Out welcome EU Partners to Ireland

It was great to have our European Partners join us again in Ireland to learn more about the work we do, while putting shape on their own plans to deliver a similar project back in their home countries of Lithuania and Poland in the near future.

The Venture Out team now look forward to travelling back to Lithuania for some final information sharing, learning and training in two weeks. Well done to all the group for embracing their west of Ireland expedition, we very much look forward to working with you into the future to support your work. Empower Emerge: Unlock the Potential of NEET Youth by Creating Opportunities

An international partnership is implementing a social initiative targeting young people aged 15–29 who are currently not in education, employment or training (NEET).

The project aims to strengthen young people's self-confidence, help them discover their strengths, and motivate them to return to education or join the labour market.

The program includes two components:

• Indoor – workshops, psychological support, skills development, and personal image building.

• Outdoor – nature-based activities, adventure therapy, practical experiences, team challenges, and inspiring talks.

This innovative educational model promotes community connection, self-awareness, and active participation in building a brighter future.
