EMPOWER EMERGE - ESF EU project Update

Venture Out are delighted to have contributed positively with our EU partners on the current Empower Emerge project- ESF-SI-2023-SKILLS-01-0034

This project has been created to 'Unlock Potential of NEETs' by Creating Opportunities for them to learn and develop.

With our EU Partners Venture Out Wilderness Project CLG have developed an innovative training program for NEET youth, which will encourage them to enter the labor market or study.

Venture Out Wilderness Project trained and prepared 5 trainers to work with this program: 3 from Lithuania, 2 from Poland. The project implementer, Derota JSC, practically applied and implemented this program in July-August 2025 trained 15 NEET young people in Lithuania.

Under this program, another 15 NEET young people in Lithuania and 15 young people in Poland will be trained in 2026. In Poland, based on the experience of “Derota”JSC, the training will be conducted by trainers trained by “Małopolska Wojewódzka Komenda OHP”.

We look forward to continuing to support this project into the future and want to congratulate our partners on all the great work achieved to date.
