Natasha Muldoon
Natasha is a community development and youth work professional with almost ten years of experience supporting young people and communities through creative, intercultural, and inclusive initiatives. Previously working with the Irish Refugee Council and currently working with ARD Family Resource Centre and the FRC National Forum, she has led impactful projects funded by Creative Ireland, Irish Aid, and others—focusing on integration, empowerment, and social justice. Natasha holds an MA in Community Development from the University of Galway and a Certificate in Global Youth Work and Development Education from Maynooth University. She brings a strengths-based, collaborative approach to her work and is committed to fostering belonging, resilience, and equity in all she does. Natasha has been fortunate to join Venture Out on past expeditions and has witnessed first hand the impact of our work.
